Order & Payment Policy
- Orders are confirmed via email/WhatsApp upon successful payment.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer at the moment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan and internationally (where applicable).
- Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days within Pakistan.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters) are not our responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.
